What it is
White-label customization allows you to apply your own branding to the Debitura onboarding experience that your customers see. Instead of displaying Debitura branding, the onboarding pages and welcome emails can feature your logo, colors, and visual identity.
This applies to the client onboarding flow where your customers confirm their company details, add users, and sign the Standard Debt Collection Agreement (SDCA).
Why it matters
White-label branding helps you deliver a cohesive customer experience. When your customers click "Send to Collection" in your platform, they see your branding throughout the onboarding process. This builds trust and reinforces that the debt collection service is part of your product offering.
The result: your customers may never realize they are using Debitura's underlying infrastructure. They simply see a professional debt collection feature integrated into the tool they already use.
How it works
Visual branding elements
You can customize the following visual elements for the onboarding pages:
Element | Description | Example |
Logo | Displayed in the top-left of onboarding pages | Your company logo (PNG or similar) |
Background color | Applied to page background, buttons, and headers | Hex color code (e.g., #1E3A8A) |
Font color | Applied to all text throughout the onboarding flow | Hex color code (e.g., #FFFFFF) |
Font family | Typography for all text | CSS font family (e.g., Inter, sans-serif) |
These settings are applied consistently across all onboarding steps: company details confirmation, user management, and agreement signing.
Email branding
You can also customize the welcome email sent to your customers after they complete onboarding and sign the SDCA. This uses a custom SendGrid email template that you provide.
The welcome email can include your messaging, tone, and visual style. Debitura populates dynamic variables such as the company name, user name, and onboarding date.
Onboarding flow branding
The white-labeled onboarding application (referral.debitura.com) presents a four-step process to your customers:
Company Details - Confirm or update company information
Users and Roles - Add team members (optional)
Sign Agreements - Electronically sign the SDCA (and Power of Attorney if needed)
Complete - Confirmation page with redirect back to your platform
Your branding is displayed throughout all four steps, creating a consistent experience.
Configuration process
Branding options are configured by Debitura during your partner integration. As part of the go-live checklist, you provide your branding assets (logo, colors, font preferences, SendGrid template ID), and Debitura applies them to your partner account.
Branding is not self-service. To update your branding after launch, contact your Debitura account manager or the partnerships team.
SDCA disclosure
While the visual experience is white-labeled, the SDCA signing step will reveal Debitura as the platform provider. This is required for legal and compliance reasons. Your customers will see that they are entering into an agreement facilitated by Debitura, even though the surrounding experience carries your branding.
Redirect after completion
After your customer completes onboarding, they are redirected back to your platform. You can specify a return URL for deep linking (e.g., returning the customer to a specific page in your app) or rely on a fallback redirect URL configured in your partner account.
