Goal
Download a single PDF that bundles the documentation for one case (summary, invoices, timeline, the chat thread between you and the creditor, payments, and attachment list) so you can share the case record internally or with relevant third parties.
Before you start
The Export Documentation option only appears in the Actions dropdown when both of these are true:
A collection partner is assigned to the case (this is the normal state for cases assigned to you).
The case has moved past Pending Verification.
If either condition is not met, the option is hidden. The export is available on both active and closed cases, as long as a partner is assigned.
Steps
Open your Cases Received list and click the case you want to export.
On the case detail page, open the Actions dropdown and select Export Documentation.
In the modal that opens, all six sections are checked by default. Uncheck any you do not need:
Case Summary - core case identifiers, debtor details, claim amount, assigned partner, and lifecycle status.
Invoice Details - invoice-level fields including reference numbers, issue date, due date, and outstanding amount.
Case Timeline - the full chronological record of events, notes, calls, and system updates for the case.
Chat History - the complete communication thread between you and the creditor.
Payment Records - all payment transactions recorded against the case.
Attachment List - the file names and types of files attached to the case (the file contents themselves are not included).
Click Export Documentation to generate the PDF.
The PDF is generated on demand and downloaded directly by your browser. No email is sent and no background job is queued.
Result
You get a single PDF file in your browser's downloads. It contains only the sections you kept checked at the time of export, generated from the current state of the case.
If "Export Documentation" is not in the dropdown
Re-check the two conditions in the Before you start section. Both must be true at the same time. The option does not show as disabled - it is hidden from the Actions dropdown entirely until both conditions are met. The case is either still in Pending Verification, has no assigned collection partner, or both.
If you need to export many cases at once
The Export Documentation option produces a PDF for a single case. For exports that span multiple cases, the partner portal also offers a synchronous CSV download from the Cases Received list and a separate asynchronous Data Export that produces a CSV alongside an optional ZIP archive of case documents.
