If you know your current password and simply want to replace it, you can do that yourself from your Profile page in the partner portal. You do not need the password reset email, and you stay signed in afterwards.
Before you start
You need your current password. If you have forgotten it, use the reset flow instead: see Collection Partners: Login issues / reset password.
Your Debitura login is a single account shared across the partner and client portals, so a new password applies everywhere that account has access.
Change your password
Go to your Profile page.
Find the Password card. It sits separately from your personal details.
Click Change password. A focused window opens.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm it. It must be 8 to 128 characters and include at least one letter (a-z or A-Z). Digits, capitals and symbols are optional. Each field has a show/hide control if you want to check what you typed.
Click Update password.
The steps are the same for Exclusive and Non-Exclusive partners. A password belongs to your user account, not to your partner agreement.
What happens next
You stay signed in. The session you made the change from continues, and your selected company, role and division are kept. You do not have to sign in again here.
Your other sessions end. Every other Debitura session on that account stops working. Any other browser or device where you were signed in will ask you to sign in again the next time it contacts Debitura.
Use the new password from now on the next time you sign in anywhere.
If something goes wrong
Your current password is rejected. Nothing is changed and your old password still works. Check what you entered. If you are not sure of your current password, use the reset flow instead.
You lose your connection before you see a confirmation. The password change may still have gone through, so check before you do anything else: sign in with the new password. If it works, the change landed and you are done. If it does not, your old password is still valid, so sign in with that and start the change again. Do not simply resubmit the password change window: if the change did land, the current password you typed into it is no longer the current one, so the window would reject it.
