Collection Partners: How to add a backlink to your public Debitura profile

This guide shows you how to add a link from your firm's website to your public Debitura profile. Adding this backlink is required for Legal Network partners to access leads and optional for Exclusive partners.

Updated over a week ago

Goal

Add a visible link on your website that points to Debitura, then submit the link for verification so you can access leads in the partner portal.

📋 Non-Exclusive Partners

This step is required to complete onboarding. You cannot view lead details or submit quotes until your referral link is verified.

Before you begin

  • You need access to edit your firm's public website (footer, about page, or partners page).

  • You must be logged in to the Debitura partner portal.

Step 1: Find your public Debitura profile URL

  1. Log in to the partner portal.

  2. Copy the URL shown for your public company profile on Debitura.com.

Step 2: Add a link to your website

Place a link to Debitura in a visible location on your public website. Common placements include:

  • Website footer

  • About page

  • Partners or affiliates page

The link must be:

  • Active - not archived or removed

  • Public - visible on your public website (not behind a login)

  • Direct - links to debitura.com (not through redirects)

Example link text:

  • "Debt Collection Platform: Debitura"

  • "We work with Debitura to provide international collection services"

  • "Powered by Debitura's debt collection network"

Step 3: Contact Debitura to verify your link

Once you have added the link to your website, contact Debitura support to submit your website URL for verification. A Debitura administrator will review your link to confirm it meets the requirements (active, public, direct). Once approved, your account will be updated and you can access leads.

Result

After approval, you will be able to:

  • View full lead details

  • Submit quotes on cases

  • Participate in the lead marketplace

📋 Non-Exclusive Partners

If your link is later archived or removed from your website, you may see a "Link Archived/Removed" warning and lose access to leads until you restore or update your link.

Edge cases

  • What if I do not have a website?

  • You need a public website with a visible link to Debitura to meet the referral link requirement. If you do not have a website, consider creating a basic online presence or contact Debitura support to discuss alternatives.

  • What if my link request is rejected?

  • Review the link requirements (active, public, direct) and ensure your link is clearly visible on your website. Update your link and submit a new request.
