Goal
Sign or upgrade the SDCA in the Partner Portal so you can start receiving and working on cases. This guide explains where to find the signing page, how to complete the process, and how to confirm which version you have signed.
📋 Non-Exclusive Partners
Legal Network partners do not need to sign the SDCA to receive leads or submit quotes. The SDCA is only required if you want to create and upload your own cases to the Debitura network. If you only work on quote-based cases, you can skip this guide.
Prerequisites
You have an active Partner Portal account.
Your user account has the Admin role in the Partner Portal. Only admin users can sign legally binding contracts.
Steps
Open the Partner Portal and go to Settings.
Log in at partner.debitura.com and click Settings in the navigation menu.Select Contracts.
Navigate to Settings > Contracts. This page displays your signed contracts and shows a prompt if a new SDCA version is available.Review the agreement.
If you have not signed the SDCA (or a newer version is available), the page displays the full agreement text. Read through the terms carefully.Draw your signature.
Use your mouse or touchscreen to draw your signature in the signature box. Partners cannot store a default signature, so you must draw a new one each time you sign or upgrade.Click Sign to submit.
After drawing your signature, click the Sign button. The platform generates a signed PDF and stores it securely.
Result
After signing, you can:
Approve and start working on cases assigned to you (Exclusive partners).
Create and upload your own cases to Debitura's network.
Download the signed PDF from the Contracts page for your records.
How to confirm which version you have signed
Return to Settings > Contracts. This page shows:
The date you signed the current SDCA.
A link to download the signed PDF.
What if I do not have admin access?
If your account has the User role instead of Admin, you cannot sign the SDCA yourself. Contact your organisation’s admin user and ask them to complete the signing process. If you are unsure who has admin access, reach out to Debitura support.
When you need to sign again
When Debitura releases a new version of the SDCA, your account is flagged for an upgrade. The next time you accept a case (Exclusive partners) or submit a new case (all partner types), the platform will prompt you to review and sign the updated agreement before you can proceed. Signing the new version replaces your previous signature.
