Goal
Access your collection performance data and export case information from the Debitura client portal.
View collection analytics
Log in to the Reports page in your client portal.
On this page you can view key metrics for your cases, including:
Collection rate - the percentage of your principal debt amount that has been recovered
Closing code analysis - counts of closed cases grouped by outcome (paid, partially paid, withdrawn, and other outcomes)
Collection amounts - total debt uploaded compared to the amount recovered
Age distribution - how outcomes vary depending on the age of the debt when collection started
Use date filters if available to focus on a specific time period.
View your dashboard summary
Your main dashboard displays a summary card showing:
Outstanding amounts by currency (from active cases)
Your overall collection rate percentage (from closed cases)
The collection rate shown on the dashboard measures the percentage of the original principal amount recovered. It only includes closed cases and is capped at 100% per case.
View and export your case list
Go to the Cases page.
Use the filtering and sorting options to find specific cases by status, date, debtor, or amount.
Use the export function to download your case data for your records.
From the case list, you can open any individual case to view its full timeline, chat history, files, and current status.
Result
After following these steps, you will be able to:
See your overall collection performance and recovery rates
Understand how your cases are distributed by outcome
Export case data for reporting or record-keeping
Understanding your metrics
Collection rate is calculated as: (Amount Collected / Principal Amount) x 100%. Only the principal debt amount is used in this calculation - fees are excluded. This gives you a clear picture of how much of your original debt has been recovered.
The analytics show outcomes grouped by close code, which indicates why each case was closed (for example: paid in full, partially paid, debtor untraceable, or withdrawn by client).
For more context on how cases progress through different stages before reaching these outcomes, see Cases in Debitura.
